Is The Book We Keep end-to-end encrypted today?
Not yet. The current build is an interactive prototype for founding families. Encrypted family vaults are in active development for the production release.
Will you sell or share our family's data?
No. Family content will never be sold, and will never be used to train AI models.
Who can see our archive?
Only people you invite. There are no public profiles, no feed, and no discovery.

Do you have access to my entire camera roll?
On mobile, you'll be able to choose Selected Photos, Add More, Full Library, or No Access. The current web prototype uses demo photos only.

How does person confirmation work?
The Book We Keep may suggest a person from a photo, but nothing is permanently attached to someone until you confirm.
Contributors
Can grandparents contribute?
Yes. You invite one person at a time and decide what they can view or add.

How much does it cost?
Founding Family pricing is $14.99/month or $119/year. Printed keepsakes are sold separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep every keepsake you've already printed, and you can export your archive in an open format.

Are keepsakes physical?
Chapters and annual books can be printed as premium keepsakes. Digital chapters are included in every plan.

How does The Book We Keep use AI?
To suggest likely people, transcribe voice memories, and group photos. AI never invents what happened, never rewrites your voice, and never names a person without your confirmation.
